Itâs finally done! The first page of Adventures of Cloudyclan! This moon was messy. I didnât play through the whole moon before starting to draw so itâs missing an event. I couldnât fit it onto the first page and it wasnât big enough to fill a second one so here you go.
Figpaw finds a lost kitten while on patrol with Sunflare and Teaselflip. They bring the kit back to camp and welcome them into the clan.
I like to think that after surviving on her own Morningkit isnât happy to be put into a role where she canât leave the camp. Itâs just one moon Morningkit. Youâll make it I promise.
Iâm looking forward to Morningpaw and hopefully seeing the rest of Robinshade and Peakshatterâs siblings become warriors next moon.
Iâve never made a comic before so Iâd really appreciate feedback on this. Where could I improve? Is the text too hard to read? That sort of thing.
Hereâs Morningpawâs cute little tail :)
Thanks for reading! Iâm not sure when the next update will be. This took about a week to draw (I think?). Good news is that I got a job so I can actually make money now. Bad news is I got a job and wonât be able to draw all day. Weâll just have to see :) I will play through the whole moon before starting art this time lol
Starlingfrost, warrior of ShadowClan. Daughter to Redstorm and Nightface, sister to Crow and Robinshade, and adoptive caretaker of Webpaw, Spiderpaw, and Berrypaw. Mate to Tinyfeather.
Starlingfrost was the only she-cat out of a litter of three, with all of them being named after birds. Redstorm and Nightface were happy once, or so she was told, but by the time she was born the duo had grown to dislike one another. They squabbled constantly, and there was nothing Starlingkit wanted more than to leave the nursery.
Until the day of, of course, when some random ThunderClan cat came to camp and butted into her ceremony.
Starlingpaw was very bitter about losing her chance to shine, and did her very best to get under Tinypawâs fur. Tinypaw, however, soon proved to be an almost impenetrable target, bluntly ignoring her or leaving to go hunt. The new apprentice caused her mentor a lot of grief do to her unwillingness to pay attention, her resistance to learning battle moves, and unwittingly made Starlingpaw look that much better to her Clanmates.
Things came to a head between them when Crowpaw (who renamed himself Crow) ran away and became a loner to escape their parentsâ unending shouting match. That night, Tinypaw curled up with her and they watched the entrance, waiting for Robinpaw to return with her brother. They never found him.
As they grew older, Starlingpaw and Tinypaw dared each other almost constantly, play-tussling and running races. By the time they were made warriors, they were the best of friends.
With Webpaw, Spiderpaw, and Berrypaw in the apprenticesâ den, it soon became apparent that they didnât need Tinyfeather as much as they had. The she-cat took it to heart and vanished from their everyday lives, feeling like a used herb tossed into the river. She turned to Starlingfrost, who accepted her, and they became mates. A few days later they woke to find Spiderpaw had climbed into their nest after a nightmare, and Tinyfeather was soothed somewhat.
Starlingfrost is a loud, boisterous, and proud she-cat. When she feels sheâs owed something, she will work until she gets it, no matter the cost. However, she has a lot of self-image issues, and feels sheâs pretty plain compared to the others warriors in ShadowClan. She strives to make up for it with her skills.
