Year 1 - moon 86 - greenleaf

It’s finally done! The first page of Adventures of Cloudyclan! This moon was messy. I didn’t play through the whole moon before starting to draw so it’s missing an event. I couldn’t fit it onto the first page and it wasn’t big enough to fill a second one so here you go.

Figpaw finds a lost kitten while on patrol with Sunflare and Teaselflip. They bring the kit back to camp and welcome them into the clan.

I like to think that after surviving on her own Morningkit isn’t happy to be put into a role where she can’t leave the camp. It’s just one moon Morningkit. You’ll make it I promise.

I’m looking forward to Morningpaw and hopefully seeing the rest of Robinshade and Peakshatter’s siblings become warriors next moon.

I’ve never made a comic before so I’d really appreciate feedback on this. Where could I improve? Is the text too hard to read? That sort of thing.

Thanks for reading! I’m not sure when the next update will be. This took about a week to draw (I think?). Good news is that I got a job so I can actually make money now. Bad news is I got a job and won’t be able to draw all day. We’ll just have to see :) I will play through the whole moon before starting art this time lol

“It’s just us now, and we can’t take any risks,”

Baywind, a young tom with his whole life ahead of him, and Rimepaw, a slightly younger tom who’d just found his footing in life, wake up drowning one day. Their memories fading with each gasp of breath as they struggle to survive against the crushing waves. Rimepaw grabs on to the only thing he still remembers, his best friend, Vixenpaw while he desperately makes his way to the beach he can barely see. Baywind hears cats struggling all around him but he can’t see any of them. Water is everywhere, water is everything, he can’t remember anything else but water- and his own name. He feels himself slipping and gets a hold of his determination. He fights and fights the waves. He can’t think and acts purely of instinct. He needs to survive. Fight, gasp for air, fight, ignore the screaming, fight, the beach is so far away, fight, finally something stick to his paws, adrenaline, he might make it, another wave, darkness.

Baywind wakes up and coughs up to water in his lungs, and looks up to see huge concrete walls surrounding the beach on all sides except for the endless ocean.

A few days later, Vixenpaw, disappears.
