1. What does their bedroom look like?
Jack’s actually pretty organized- he doesn’t have a lot, so he likes knowing where everything he does have is. He keeps a lot of photos of his friends on his walls. He has a sketchpad and some pencils beside his bed for easy access.
2. Do they have any daily rituals?
Jack goes up on the roof at least once a day, even if it’s raining, which drives Davey insane because “I have to come up after you, you idiot, and do you know how dangerous that is?” Katherine’s not a fan of this practice either. Crutchie loves it.
3. Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
Jack runs. He doesn’t run for any team or anything, he just runs for fun. It makes him feel free. (He runs like Phoebe from Friends when he’s by himself)
4. What would they do if they needed to make dinner but the kitchen was busy?
Barge in and take the space he needed. Jack actually forgets about dinner sometimes though so it’s not usually an issue.
5. Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)
Pretty organized.
6. Eating habits and sample daily menu
Jack’s eating habits are all over the place and generally depend on who he’s eating with. If he’s with Davey or Katherine he’ll eat vegetables, but if he’s left to his own devices he’d eat chips and ramen or forget to eat at all. When he does eat though he eats like someone’s going to take the food away from him if he stops for even a second.
7. Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
Draw, take pictures,(make out). Jack doesn’t love wasting time cause he figures he could be spending that time making extra money.
8. Favorite indulgence and feelings surrounding indulging
Jack splurges on new paints and canvases and once some really nice colored pencils. He also once got this coffee table photo book of pictures of the West that he fell in love with at the store. But he doesn’t like splurging really, he always feels pretty guilty after. He’d prefer to be saving or buying the essentials.

Jack is really claustrophobic and antsy, and he can’t stay still for long. He also has days where he’s angry at pretty much everything for no particular reason, and he doesn’t really have a lot of confidence in himself. He doesn’t really recognize these as problems though, and never addresses them.
11. Intellectual pursuits?
Art. History, sometimes- he really dug the bits with gangsters and cowboys in his american history class. Jack’s not too great at school though

Oh my god Jack is bi as hell. Jack doesn’t know a /lot/ about the differences in sexual orientation but he’s eager to learn and he’s definitely accepting. He just doesn’t like assholes
14. Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)
He’s super allergic to peanuts. He needs glasses to read but he hates them so he doesn’t wear them a lot, except when he’s arting.

Biggest- Santa Fe
Smallest- canon era- not starve everyday, honestly. Modern day jack wants to make enough money so he doesn’t have to be worried day to day
16. Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
Comfy casual, mostly- hoodies and jeans. He likes blue(because it represents his inner personal struggles whAT)

Mountain Dew and Monster Energy drinks(“those things will kILL YOU” “I’ll stop when you stop popping chocolate covered espresso beans every hour of the day, Dave”)

What he has to do tomorrow. How early he has to get up. How his friends are doing. Santa Fe
19. Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
Chicken pox when he was 9- he was miserable, mostly cause he couldn’t see anyone. He also had appendicitis when he was 12- he thought it was just a cramp for a while until it didn’t go away

Most of jack and Davey’s fights turn into angry makeouts. Jack’s not a fan of excessive pain, however. And he doesn’t like being confined or controlled, ever.
21. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?

Jack’s pretty organized as far as his personal, meaningful possessions go. He’s hopeless at school though. The only things that are guaranteed to be in his backpack at any given time are a notebook and some pens
23. Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
Jack’s good at art and he’s pretty smart, but a terrible student. Which is ok- he doesn’t really care about school that much. He learns enough to graduate, but he doesn’t ever go above and beyond- unless he’s really interested in something. Then he’s super committed. He’s also fairly quick at basic math- he doesn’t get really complex stuff like trig and calc, but he can do addition and subtraction very quickly in his head. He’s good with money.
25. How do they see themselves 5 years from today?
Happy, hopefully
26. Do they have any plans for the future? Any contingency plans if things don’t workout?
Santa Fe. Or at least out of New York. He’s not really prepared to think about dealing with the idea of being in New York for the rest of his life.
27. What is their biggest regret?
Ever being dishonest. Jack hates dishonesty and disloyalty and never forgives himself for breaking someone’s trust.
28. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
Best friend- Crutchie. Worst enemy- Snyder(also his biggest fear).

Jack would just get really withdrawn and angry. He’d try to push people away, so you’d have to really try to figure out what was going on with him.

Crutchie got him his first real, professional-looking sketch pad. He’s never gonna lose that thing.
32. Thoughts on material possessions in general?
Jack has a few material possessions he cares a lot about and would run back into a burning building for, such as photographs and a couple drawings. But other than that he’s not very materialistic

Jack’s friends are his family. Basically the only family he’s ever really known.

Jack has no concept of TMI

Art- painting especially. He can excuse doodling and sketching cause they’re pretty inexpensive, but he only really paints if he’s being paid for it, even though he loves it.

Not following through on plans, dishonesty.

Oh my god, emotional. Jack is very prone to just throwing himself into things without thinking of the consequences first, which gets him into trouble. He can be ridiculously hotheaded and he’s really quick to get emotional or passionate about something.

Type A, good lord
39. What recharges them when they’re feeling drained?
His friends.
40. Would you say that they have a superiority-complex? Inferiority-complex? Neither?
Little of both- jack acts like he has a superiority complex, but he’s mostly compensating for the fact that he has a lot of self-doubt and insecurities.
41. How misanthropic are they?
Dude this boy needs human contact to /survive/. He doesn’t always think that highly of humanity though, because he’s seen it at its worst.
42. Hobbies?
Art, taking pictures for Instagram.
43. How far did they get in formal education? What are their views on formal education vs self-education?
Jack has a high school diploma, but it was really only because his friends were in school and he wanted to see them(and they wanted jack to finish his education). He definitely prefers self-education, and he’s really street-smart.
44. Religion?
Jack was raised Irish Catholic, but he stopped really practicing after his mother died. Now he sort of does whatever his friends do- he’ll celebrate Jewish holidays with the Jacobs and he’ll sometimes go to Romeo’s church to hear him sing in the choir. He doesn’t really have a firm religion for himself, though.
45. Superstitions or views on the occult?
Jack /claims/ he’s not superstitious but you won’t catch him walking though any graveyards at night or walking under any ladders. He let out a little moan the one time Race opened an umbrella inside his house.
46. Do they express their thoughts through words or deeds?
Deeds mostly. Jack’s not /great/ with words, and he talks so much anyway that it’s hard to figure out when he’s serious about something. He can definitely use words when he needs to, though.
47. If they were to fall in love, who (or what) is their ideal?
Jack just wants a best friend. That he can make out with. He also likes feeling needed, honestly

Jack’s crazy physically affectionate and really tactile with people he loves- that includes family. He’s probably more physically affectionate with his family than anyone else tbh
49. If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like?
Jack’s really aggressive when he fights, so he always tries to be on the offensive. He also fights dirty. He knows a lot of tricks.
50. Is this person afraid of dying? Why or why not?
Jack very much has a “live while you’re young” philosophy of life. He wants to do everything he can while he still can- so I guess yeah, he does fear death a little bit. This philosophy also makes him kind of reckless, though.
