Dusekkar and Jan are both part of the same species.

They are essentially humanoids with wood or stone for bodies, with candles for heads.

As to not burn things around them, it’s tradition to wear something that fully covers the candle-like head. This is the reason Jan has a large egg on her head, and the reason why Dusekkar dons a pumpkin.

They’re referred to as Flame Scholars, due to their candle heads and their reputation for typically being keepers of all sorts of knowledge.

Jan and Dusekkar keep a library together, which basically acts as what would be a server’s database to us.

OKAY actually I had the most amazing idea for a Roblox au...

So I've been calling it Roblox: Takeover, but that might just be a placeholder??

The characters in it and their roles/living status:

Robloxia [Alive] (uhh, IDK if I wanna give it an actual name lol): The planet, which is a sentient being, protects and harbors any survivors of the Takeover within a main cave system below the surface

Roblox [Alive]: Main antagonist, created by Robloxia to be it's voice, but instead decided he had the right to rule over everything and run the world as he wanted. Believes the current population in unfit, and desires to kill every last one of them.

Builderman [Missing or dead]: The "last hope" of any left alive, everyone clinging to the belief that he survived the fight with Roblox that caused him to disappear in the first place. His current whereabouts are unknown, as his body disappeared after the fight.

Shedletsky [Alive]: Main protagonist/center of au. He has made it his goal to find Builderman, as he believes that a second fight with backup could defeat Roblox. More on him later :)

Telamon [???]: A shadow entity that can only be seen and heard by Shedletsky, often guiding him through battle and out of despair.

Brighteyes [Alive]: Main healer in the caves, lives in the lower division with Jan, as both are healers and mourning the "loss" of their husbands.

Jan [Alive]: Healer under Brighteyes, spends large quantities of time alone, still recovering from losing Builderman.

The Builder family [Alive]: Live in the lower system, due to Mr. Builder's older age.

Clockwork [Compromised]: Corrupted and taken over by Roblox, now the leading general.

John Doe [Corrupted]: A mindless beast that is thought to be able to be cured by Builderman, when he returns. Entrapped in a side cavern.

Hunters [Alive ?]: A Robotic race created by Roblox for the purpose of hunting down and killing the remaining population. Cannot function underground.

[Dead]: Doombringer, Tarabyte, and any other admins that have not been named, as well as 30% of the population.

Doombringer was killed by Clockwork. All of the living admins and stronger citizens are assigned to help defend, unless they are in the healing division or over 50 years old (unless immortal)
