Well the kids get up quite good in fighting. Atalanta is actually very reluctant in using weapons for lethal reasons (even with Vehicons), so she learnt a lot of melee and close combat from Arcee and usually she tries to make the enemy incapacitated. (I choose ju-jitsu style bc I'm a weaboo XD) Still she's very intimidating and strong in her "I will not kill you" style.
Windrider is usually assigned to transport more than in fighting because has shown a very aggressive behaviour and he's still in training with the other Autobots (Wheeljack has taken him under his wing since he's a hot-headed too and thinks he's got a very "Wrecker-Touch")
Usually Op & Sky are confident of the sparklings fight skills, but still are reluctant to send them in solo missions or in missions that looks especially dangerous. On the other side, Star almost never oppose to his kids if they wishes to go on a mission, but tends to follow them with no explaination if he actually thinks there are risks for them (worry dada is worry).
