9 and 27 for Hatou and Oesta? 👀
9. What does your OC’s bedroom look like? His/her living area?
Obviously, Hatou and Oesta share a bedroom, and a pretty nice one at that! Their manor on Iridia isn't crazy extravagant, but it's at least comfortably spacious: I see it having nice warm lighting, a huge comfy bed, and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Iridian countryside. It's comfy and cozy, is the point, and it's one of the few places this couple can actually relax 😅
To give you a visual, imagine something like this or this, but slightly more Star Wars-y. And also there's probably traditional Zabrak swords and armor hung up as decor, because these two have a brand and they stick to it.
27. What are some things your OC admires about his/her soulmate?
God, where to even begin, these two are absolutely enamored with each other.
Hatou, I think, admires how Oesta is just bursting with confidence and self-sufficiency in all facets of her life. She's strong, independent, maybe a little stubborn at times, but only because—and this is a big one for him—she puts her whole self anything and everything she does. No half-measures, no equivocation, no bullshit: that's the Oesta way, and he adores it. He feels safe counting on her strength, and it feels so rewarding to watch her succeed.
Oesta, conversely, admires how genuinely good Hatou is, and how much he cares about...well, everything. It's something she recognized the instant she met him: he has a great passion for all people and all things, and he gives love fearlessly, even after he's been punished for it in the past. He's gentle, kind, optimistic—all good things that the galaxy beats out of people, he stubbornly chooses to embody. He's the most beautiful person she's ever known, inside and out.
Together—with her firm hand and his soft one—I think they make one hell of a power couple 👏
