the one thing that struck me was their immature reaction to being called out on something bc if you've offended someone you should discuss it and try to find out why/not do it again, especially as a businessperson and artist... it's really unfair to demonise them as if they're doing actual harm, though. like ye maybe don't buy from them until they've apologised for bein like that/got rid of the items but wow really they haven't done worse than most ppl.
