Got sidetracked tonight and ended up working on one thing and jumping to another before it was finished, but I managed to buckle down and get this robot drawn before it was toooo late. Haha, so here I am, posting this at 3:33 AM before going to bed.

Went to Lowe’s to get stuff for physics project. Worker looked dubious and asked me if I would know what I was doing if he just left me at the rivets/riveters section. I was so proud when he realized I knew EXACTLY what I was talking about because of robotics.

Today I thought I’d sketch and ink on paper, then scan and digitally finish the drawing for tonight. I wanted to go and draw a robot, and I did, but it took me so long, haha. I had some trouble settling on what to do. I figured I’d try drawing a robot with less angular parts, and try more curved and organic shapes for its design, and, eh, it’s alright. I seem to be getting stuck in a sort of template for my robot designs lately, and I ought to try branch out.

Buuut regardless, let’s name this one the... “RT01-THORN.” And no, it is not pretty enough for me to want to pilot it.
