GruiShui is truly going to help a lot of people who can’t do traditional exercises due to back problems and and other health issues AND improve athletic coordination and injury tolerance. It’s such an unexpected discovery I cannot keep it to myself! It’s so effective it can only be performed once a day without significant muscle soreness in your glutes, hamstrings, and thighs, etc. AND when I say “core” I mean, not only the core of your body, back and abs, but the core muscles of your arms and legs. The only muscles this workout skips are the facial muscles. Before I began the workout, my muscles were mush, now everything feels solid. GruiShui is my only workout I do besides walking for 12 to 30 minutes in the evenings when I can. I do it every morning as part of my daily routine. It’s even great for digestion.
