Sangafot-iskar, a lakeside city known for its ever-present religious zealotry, lack of any substantial number of town guards, and its state of the art hospital. Many residents wash themselves in the free public baths, socialize in open-air forums, and purchase goods in the centrally-located bazaar.
Protected by little more than a wooden palisade wall, Sangafot's tallest building is a monastery currently occupied by the Sect, a coalition of monks, paladins, clerics, and fighters that uphold the Tenets of the Light. There are no requirements for deities, but anything outside their walls can be subject to an inquisition or two now and then.
It is thought that the heavy Sect presence in the city has protected it from fiendish incursion as of yet. Those who uphold the Tenets would gladly die defending them, but often their anger is severely misplaced. Tieflings seeking refuge or even passage are often put under heavy scrutiny and interrogation. Stories of those with horns being waterboarded in holy water are not all too uncommon.
Feel free to use this map for your tabletop campaigns, but know this map was made for D&D. I've tried to keep it relatively system-agnostic even in terms of lore.
