I bet in a few years, you'll be attractive to adult males that aren't pedophiles.

VidCon 2012 Recap (by AwesomeMcCoolname)
This is from the youTube channel of http://you-wore-blue.tumblr.com/
Not only is this an awesome girl that took her time to document so many videos I've pointed to today, she is also a nerdfighter (something I consider myself) and know RogueBlueJay (someone I've been subscribed to for years). I am so glad I found someone who linked to her ze frank video and that I clicked through to find out who it was. Just wish I knew her name to pass it on in this blog. Was it Kae?
First vlog. Hooray. All performances mentioned in this video, as well as more, can be found in my VidCon2012 playlist. Kiva: http://kiva.org P4A: http://projectforawesome.com/ Ali is @RogueBlueJay on Twitter and here on YouTube. I met so many amazing people, like adamusprime, Vondell Swain, and others I didn't mention in the video. I encourage you to check them out. :)
Scholarship
It is not uncommon to come across a competition on the internet. Then again it's not uncommon to find a catch either. Whether it be an admission fee or age restrictions, there always seems to be something in the way of me and victory. Keeping that in mind I considered simply completing a form for competition an achievement in itself as for once there wasn't anything getting in the way. Off course I entered the competition because I wanted to win but I never thought I would! After all, I had never really won anything and I couldn't see why my luck would change now. Turns out it hadn't. As you would have probably deduced from the title the prize was a scholarship for a week long YouTube production course with the likes of nerdz4L or roguebluejay at the Gulf Islands Film & Television School. Yet despite the course taking place on three separate occasions I will be unable to attend any of them as:
First course: 15th - 21st July during which I shall be in California checking out potential universities
Second Course: 29th July - 4th August during which I shall be in New York attending a 3 week digital filmmaking camp at NYFA.
Third Course: 19th - 24th August shall be impossible to make as I shall only be completing my course at NYFA the day before (literally)
How convenient!
Furthermore:
It's in Canada, which would mean another visa and my parents have just about had it with paperwork and understandably so
They requested my parents credit card details in case I exceed the "FULL Tuition Scholarship"
Whilst I doubt it my parents suspect that this could be a hoax as a result of the poorly rendered website and Google Earth's recognition of the campus as a forest on what seems like a mostly uninhabited island!
Today was the last day I had to respond to their e-mail before they picked another victim... I mean winner! So I guess that's that. It's unlikely I'll ever be getting a "scholarship" again.
April 5th, 2012: Goose
Woke up
sat around
worked out some scripts
wasted my life on tumblr.
talked to Ali
Farley TRICKED me into going over to his house by saying he was Jenny, using Jenny's phone.
Walked over to Jenny's.
On my way I saw a Canadian goose on the lawn of the people on the corner of our street.
Watched 5 episodes of episodes.
wrote a script for Ali and I for at VidCon
walked home.
on my way home, the goose was still there. It was so weird. I walked towards it and it didn't move. I thought it was fake, but then it moved it's head but not it's body.
I got home.
Talked to my mum for 30 minutes about this goose.
Finally I called the Wildlife Concerns hotline.
They said they'd send someone in the morning (this was 1am)
I went to bed.
