Ooh! Do you think you could write about Hawkeye and Mustang having some drinks together to celebrate something, and then they both get a little tipsy and one of them maybe says (Or does~) A little bit more than they might normally?

“I like your laugh,” Roy said, after Riza giggled at his third shitty joke of the night. She was trying not to spill a glass of red, and he was twirling his around admiring the way the liquid twisted and spun.

“You always make me laugh...it’s so hard to be stoic around your bullshit,” Riza said, leaning on Roy’s shoulder. “Uh...sir.”

“Oh at ease, Riza,” Roy said. “Let’s just be us tonight, let’s just be friends.”

“Awww, just friends?” Riza said, her face as red as the wine she was drinking. 

“...I think you’ve had too much,” Roy said, blushing.

I seriously can not take this adorable relationship Roy&Riza have. Like UGH. They would do so much for each other without hesitating and never think twice about it. Even if the two being lovers isn't exactly "canon," but you just know they are.
