Ah — the King. The moment she was throwing a tantrum, pouting a little, exposing her rather shallow self, he was there to indulge. He was there to touch. Sybille couldn’t help but smirk when both of his hands found the shape of her hips. She liked the way he smelled — even if she was sure that it was a gift from his wife. The more the Queen was allowing it to happen, and the more Sybille was nibbling on an already conquered theory.
Well, no. It wasn’t. She was stepping into a land where no one else could be — she wanted to be the mistress, the secret desire, the girl he thought about when he was performing his marital duty. An obsession carved in his mind, bones and gold.
“That’s the least you could say…” She whined, even if her tone lacked fire now. She enjoyed his shy kiss on her shoulder, she allowed it to happen without fighting. Hiya wanted to be the one comforting her in expensive sheets, but for that, Sybille had to find another bird to fleece. She turned around, her gentle cognac eyes observing his features.
“You could tell me all the tales you want, it’s still… You know, just something in your head.” She chuckled, running her fingers on his arm, cocking her head just enough for a few strands of blonde hair caressing the bridge of her nose. “I’m not really into big promises, your Highness. I like when my fantasy actually happens.”
Subtlety? She rolled her eyes, wondering how subtle it looked for the King to be somewhere else with a woman during his own party. He was truly mocking her, but since she got his attention, she liked to play with her favorite luxurious toy. “Ah, and, you’re supposed to help me how, now?” She laughed a little and leaned against the wall — out of reach, but still so close.
“What are these benefits for you, mmh?” She sighed. “I could find the most jealous husband in your court and all of this — she gestured at her body — would be unreachable.”
