ROLLED OAT CEREAL (RAW VEGAN, GF, NF) Made this in my dehydrator so decided to keep it raw! I know, I know - the whole point of the @foodfutureinstitute lesson was to learn how to toast nuts, seeds and grains. But as a raw vegan chef, I just couldn’t bring myself to toast them especially after I had already activated the nuts. This tasted fantastic by the way.
