FREEDOM FROM FOOD: ✊ During recovery it’s difficult to stay motivated. You don’t get any instant gratification, nor get a break from the constant voice of your eating disorder screaming in your head. But as I sit here, wanting to manipulate my eating schedule, I am reminded of three things... 👇👇 1. I’m recovering to have freedom. 🛫Freedom to choose where I want to go without worrying about passing out, eating rituals, and occupied thoughts. 2. I’m recovering to have strength. 💪Strength to walk up stairs without losing my breath, and strength to function without extreme fatigue and weakness. 3. I’m recovering for a healthier me. 😌 I want to be a health and nutrition coach. That is my calling. But I need to be in a healthy place both physically and mentally before accomplishing this goal. . Although it’s not easy, it’s going to be worth it. No matter what challenges you may be facing, don’t give in. Even if you don’t believe it, keep at it. 🌤🥀 . My minimalistic bowl of rice cereal with banana coins and assorted superfood seeds with a cup of almond milk. It was an excellent day for planning. ✨💕 . . . . . . . . . . . #veganrecipes #breakfast #vegancereal #bestofvegan #veganbreakfasts #minimalistvegan #highcarbvegan #veganfood #inspiration #healthyeats #vegan #crueltyfree #edrecovery #anoroxiarecovery #veganbreakfast #veganbowls #veganfoodporn #veganfoodshare #dairyfree #healthyfoodshare #plantbased #eatrealfood #eathealthy #plantbasedfood #plantstrong #forksoverknives #starchsolution #poweredbyplants #healthyvegan #wellbeing (at Michigan)
