This is from 5 years ago, and yet we are still having this problem. In fact, word is the FEI is becoming even more lenient in their wording on what is acceptable or not. This is not acceptable.

Man hat entschieden das ldr für 10 Minuten okay ist. Eine Frau zu Missbrauchen ist eine Straftat ja? Also könnte man auch sagen wenn man das weniger als 10 Minuten macht ist es Sport. Es ist Missbrauch ein Pferd so zu reiten. Es ist einfach unglaublich zu denken es wäre okay.
