Do me research just had to visit Capri Italian Bakery first time, back in 1930 gramps opened the famous Roma bakery which is now run by a middle eastern family, gramps had all his kids work the bakery and this was started by the daughter in 1973, now run by her kid's. Gramps got credit for inventing the Famous Pepperoni Rolls they sell today, same superb reasonable priced rolls for 86 year's now. Ford Rouge plant workers bought millions of these over the decades.
