Long hair long hair long hair

It is growing, below eye-height already.
But yet too short for ponytails or a manbun... Perhaps next month or the month after it can?
Hey Romano, do you have more mythology facts to share...? If you want? I just really like mythology (especially Greek mythology)...
I could share some if you want too!
Ooh!!!! Inbox question ✨✨✨✨✨✨ I'm sparkling of joy now, Thank you little royal one.
Hm... more mythology stories. I should have some if I come up with one.
I suppose I'll start with Greek/Roman mythology and at some point roll into a story?, the myths are the same between those cultures, the stories are the same but the difference are the names given to the gods.
So you have Zeus in Greek mythology and Jupiter in Roman mythology. (Isn't it ironic to give the biggest plannet with wilde storms in our solar system the name of the 'main'god / god of thunder?)
All the planets in our solar system are named with the Roman godnames, probably coming from the time the Romans ruled widely over Europe. While the Greek names are ignored... Now a days there is more to find about the greek myths than the Roman ones Which I find disturbing...
However... I want to ramble about Janus, strangely, Janus doesn't has an exact greek equal, Janus is a Roman god in fact, while it kind of seems like the greek did adopt him in their stories(?) because the Romans as well the Etruskians (Janus is named Culsans there) have stories about him. And even the Scandinavians have a version of Janus in some way or another.
Janus stands for:
beginning and ends (birth and death)
devisions / denial / two sides of a tale
openings and closures
the gateway through the universe (portals)
Something that might pop up, now is like "ooh, isn't this a little bit like Ouroboros?" Well yes! But different.
As I earlier said... Janus doesn't has an Greek equal, but they adopted him in their stories. Since Janus is one of the OLDEST gods in (Roman) mythology. and Ouroboros is one of the oldest symbols.
Something that Ouroboros doesn't encounter is the devision/denial. It an element that they don't speak out within the myths Unless I haven't found information yet while there actually is...
I'm unsure what to ramble further now...
But did you know January is named after Janus? as first month in the year it is a new beginning and a closure to the previous year. Somehow ancient times had a good thought on thinks to name certain gods after certain things...
Always during old prays and sacrifises they named Janus before Jupiter (Zeus), because Janus their functioning of opening and closure of the heavensgates (or the gatekeeper of the heavens (woth use of portals)), he has been responsible to bring the sacrifices to the destination of the gods. If you didn't name Janus first, the heavengates would remain closed...
Janus is depictured with two faces, original it depictures the Sun and the Moon and is known for many names...
Janus Bifrons (two faced)
Janus Gemini (twins)
Janus Consivius (Beginning of the day)
Janus Matutinus (father Janus)
At ancient prays he has been named "Divus Deûm" which stands for "The God of gods".
Janus is possibly one of the most important gods in mythology and yet barely spoken about.
I could ramble more, most likely but that would make this post terrible long.
I hope I satisfied you, although Janus isn't exactly Greek. May the Roman myths still be a pleasure. And you said you could share too something too???? I wouldn't refuse

P.S. Apologies for probably an incredible messy rambling chaotic post. I rambled what came through my mind and haven't checked if the order makes sense...
Should I make myself a 'blog' sorcery? I have been stealing the Host's account for quite a while... - 🍁
Believe me, make yourself a blog my friend, it is absolutely worth it.
- Roms
Guess who made a blog in the middle of the night. - 🍂
I see you are spending your sleep deprivation nights, well.
But Leafy, how can I follow you if you remain an anon?
Classical can have many instruments and can take many forms so it really suits us :>
When did you ask me this question? I just discovered it...
You need everything in sight while I need everything put away. How ironic...
- @lord-lies
Ironically...
I prefer to have everything out of sight.
but then I forget ........ everything. The other solution is having someone who reminds me everything.
P.s.

That makes sense! I was just curious if it was some special term I hadn't heard before. I just know the regular dictiobary definition! But yes, Aziraphale would be happy to talk, though we are bodily an adult, so it depends on what you are comfortable with in terms of that.
We are bodily as well an adult (25 to be precisely).
It'd be a pleasure to meet Aziraphale.
I don't know how to reach your side due to the ✨anon asks✨ so I'll wait.
And.. Thank you.
I'm glad to meet new people
