Gainesville, I've never actually been there before...granted, I don't pretend that I am knowledgable on Florida to begin with. I am sure I will be far more knowledgable by the time I leave, if my friend has anything to say about it.

Seriously, though, people treat Catholicism like it’s some spooky voodoo religion when in reality it’s just another denomination of Christianity.

Really? That's crazy. And honestly, it has just as many "rules" as any other denomination of Christianity.

I might not know a lot about the specifics, but I grew up near New Orleans and my dad's family is Catholic so it's not new to me. I've been to Mass twice. I've been to Catholic weddings and funerals. And I mean, if you live any where near New Orleans, you better be okay with Catholicism because it's literally everywhere. And a huge part of Louisiana's history.
