I keep thinking I can't love Tezier more, and then he shows up looking good and sounding so fucking effortless, and just... fuck me sideways.
How is it this opera seems to attract really good sopranos, baritones, and basses, and then super mediocre tenors? I mean, yeah, the character is a fucking idiot, but since when did that stop tenors from singing a role?
This is the role that made me an Angela Meade fan, and she is still rocking it.
