So I went looking for this site and it appears to be down now, probably a casualty to the whole geocities thing. Since I'm pretty sure it was the only place hosting it, I figured it would be best to archive it somewhere else. I wish I could credit the original author (trraith according to the saved webpage that I have), but I have no idea how to locate them. if anyone has a direct link/is this person please hit me up.
