Dom Um Romão - Escravos De Jó (1977)
Dom Um Romao was a Brazilian drummer and composer who worked with everyone from Jobim to Weather Report. This is a fantastic jazzy samba written by Milton Nascimiento, featuring an all-star band. Escravos de Jó is a children’s game played in Brazil, but the lyrics seems to describe the drudgery of the working classes.
