What would happen in the scenario of when Rontu and Egalt meet Kai?

They would find him fascinating! Particularly Rontu, she'd ask Kai a bunch of questions of how he became like this and ask to spar with him. At this point, Kai is pretty comfortable and adept in his dragon form, but she would teach him how to use Spinjitzu as a dragon, which is even more awesome.

Egalt would not be so impressed. He'd call Kai names like "impostor," "half-breed," etc. I wouldn't say he's disgusted by Kai, per se, but he is not a fan of a human who can turn into his own species. Eventually, though, Kai would earn his respect, especially once he learned Rising Dragon technique.

It would be even cooler if Rontu and Egalt knew Daidan, a friend from "many centuries ago," and they were able to talk to Kai about her. I think that'd be neat :D

the original draft for this post shat itself and deleted itself so im going to make this short and sweet. i recently saw a post (whilst trying to look at rontu posts) from i’m pretty sure @nyaskitten (i cant find the post anymore, apologies if you’re not the person who made it) that stated that rontu was clearly more designed w the teen riyu head in mind than the head that was used for her set- which looks very much true because of the fact that she doesn’t have the spike on her nose that is used in her official set, and the teen riyu head also lacks the spike whilst also retaining that line of scales that goes up the head

but you know who does have the spike on his nose that’s on that head that’s used in the official set? the adult riyu we’re seeing for the first time in the dragon adventures collab! the eye is even in the same spot as where it’s printed on the rontu set!

it looks like rontu’s set does still use a riyu head- just not the teen one! i think that at some point we’ll get an adult riyu set that uses this head!

(and hopefully it looks better and more accurate to the character it’s portraying. i will forever be mad that rontu’s set looks like dogshit)

(Ignore that I forgot to draw wings on baby-thems and the fact that I drew Egalt’s horns wrong. Also my hc of some dragon species having quite different scale colors as younglings (usually more dull for better camouflage), kinda like birds, is very evident here)

Season 4 part 1 Dragons Rising spoilers!

Aaaaaa I just thought about how Egalt was there with Morro in the spectral lands and at first I just assumed it was because he was waiting for Rontu whenever her time would be but at the same time I feel like he’s also been there helping fight off soul suckers and guiding the souls and I’m kinda obsessed with that. It’s also honestly very funny to me that they’re both the same VA so bro is really just talking to himself back and forth (which I honestly really wish we would’ve gotten to hear, like please just one Morro line aaaaa).

Oh also glad they did show Morro is ok now, low-key thought they wouldn’t.
