It’s a mostly California affair as San Diego’s Ronzel and Pasadena’s Sacred Sciences unite on new single Bright Skies, featuring satin slick vocals by Austin’s Josh Rubin. This florid fusion of future bass, melodic bass, and electronic pop is a gripping flux of agile progressions and choppy resplendence. Moody yet spry Bright Skies recalls the magnificence of SAFIA’s emotive anthems. Though Ronzel and Sacred Sciences are both new to our radar, we’re set on keeping up with the emerging talents after hearing this rousing piece.
