I still LOVE it, because it's once again proof that Emmrich has the potential to be rather obnoxious when his foundation of kindness is shaken by extreme circumstances. Also, the timing is peak - excuse me, you should probably do other things right now, but sure, screaming at each other will do just fine. And Manfred is too precious here, being immediately worried by that exchange. 🥲 It's fine, your dads are just a bit silly!

And don't mind the pause - as if I would pick any other dialogue option, ha! Yes, I did check afterwards if the other options lead to a better outcome. They don't. I really thought for a moment Emmrich was exclusively fed up with funny-haha Rook. 😶

I'm just a little obsessed with the commissioned portrait of my Rook Thalia that @morgalahan created for me. She can tend to look serious or even upset at times- but don't be fooled. She's a huge softie inside. For instance, this is what she looks like watching Neve get frustrated by all the wisps drawn to her (aka In Love).
