This hybrid tea rose is one I saved from a few square feet of disused land near my house in 2022. I think what happened is the nearby homeowner treated it as part of their garden and planted accordingly, but then the house was sold and property boundaries were properly reasserted and they cut off a chunk of former garden which was actually council owned? I spotted it getting choked out with bindweed and nettles and stuff, cut the whole flower as low on the stem as I could, propagated three short cuttings in my hydropod, two rooted, and this is one of them in flower for the first time this year.
