who is the person drawn with rose and what's their relationship?

That would be Kurt! He's the charismatic swindler type. He's @beidak-art's character for the same campaign. (Though, what I'm about to write isn't really meant to be canon to the campaign, it's just for fun. If our gm reads this: we just got carried away talking about them, forgive me...)

Rose and Kurt are coworkers first and foremost, but they have a somewhat murky friends-with-benefits dynamic as well. Kurt is not a trustworthy business partner, but he is a pretty trustworthy friend (at least to Rose) - and he consistently picks up the pieces when she needs to be carried out of a brothel after one too many porters. Trust does funny things to people in a world where it's so rare.

She's annoyed with the fact she's into him (she usually only pursues women, despite being bi), and I think he finds that funny. He is a go-with-the-flow type of man, so he kind of stumbled into this, but he does care about her to a degree. They are both allergic to commitment.
