I think this is rose moss - Rhodobryum roseum. There's a small patch of it growing next to the old village in Glenan Wood.

Corn, rose moss, and my babies. In case you hadn’t heard, I now run a luxury deer-care service. Momma drops her fawns off in the morning, and they hang out in my back yard all day. I threw out some watermelon and sundry other high-water content veggie scraps today because it’s super hot outside. And no, this fawn-tastic life experience was not doe-liberate on my part. I just like that the babies have something to nibble on out there.
