sometimes I like to take vacations in my mind.
Last year I spent a week in Cuba, this year I might to to Turks and Caicos.
These vacations are great because they are cheap, free, and affordable.
Of course, not everyone appreciates my strong imagination. For example, sometimes my friends freak out when they come to my apartment to check on me after not having heard from me in a week, only to find me lying unconscious on the floor with a heroin syringe in my arm, and a vacation playlist blasting. But what do they know! Not much, apparently.
Anyway, when I imagine my perfect fictitious heroin vacation playlist, Boxes features in the “sounds Hawaiian but really isn’t” section…. no?
