Can u explain the apocalypse? I’m totally clueless and thoroughly confused

Of course, idk how long you've been on tumblr for but back in like 2012 everyone on here was obsessed with this show called Supernatural and on April Fool's Day everyone decided to change their icon to a photo of Misha Collins who plays one of the main characters Castiel on the show and spam everyone with memes with that photo:

Then in November last year, Destiel, which is the main ship of the show between the two main characters Castiel and Dean Winchester, finally went canon after like a decade of queerbaiting but in the most homophobic way possible as Castiel was killed off and sent to The Empty or "superhell" as soon as he confessed his love for Dean, which caused loads of memes and a second Mishapocalypse on New Year's Eve with this photo of Castiel crying while confessing his love:

Then there was another Mishapocalypse a couple of months ago with this photo:

And now today is the first ever Jackles Apocalypse with this photo of Jensen Ackles, who played Dean Winchester:

Idk whether I've explained it that well, but that's pretty much the gist of it.
