these ceremonies are meant to be important. but all fringepaw is able to think about are what she saw last night.

i was drawing buzz's profile and then it turned into rosebuzz oops these dumb nerds

i was gonna draw a bunch of halloween costumes but i got really tired so i only finished this one lmao

buzz and rosa as shaggy and velma

rosie and buzz stuff

because ive been thinking about them a lot

they both have to get used to each other’s pace, rosie basically being a full time powerwalker and buzz less walking than shuffling his feet in a general direction at .02 mph

holding hands helps a lot because that way they’re kind of tied to each other and have to keep about the same pace as each other

hanging out with buzz is basically rosie’s break time. the only naps she’s taken in her life over the age of four are with buzz.

likewise, buzz is frequently exhausted after a day with rosie. she’s a huge planner and they always have to stay right on schedule for whatever agenda she had in mind that day

luckily they can both just crash at the end of the day

rosie doesn’t drink because of her diabetes so one day she asks buzz if she can try some of his weed. he’s kinda iffy at first because he feels guilty like he’s pressuring her or something, but she genuinely wants to try it

she ends up actually liking it because it allows her to a) let her anxiety chill a little bit and b) she loves the ideas she has while high

she does it occasionally after that but not very often

speaking of anxiety, they both have a hard time with it. rosie’s is more present, and she’s constantly anxious about the future and her decisions and her abilities, but buzz’s are more lingering and have a lot to do with regrets and insecurity in his own worth. they’re both really good at talking about their feelings with each other and assuring each other that they’re both great. they both would probably say they’re the least anxious around the other (once they’re really comfortable in their relationship)

they’re outside almost constantly. most of their dates are outside, whether it’s hiking, by the lake, at the beach, in the strawberry fields, or just anywhere outside at camp. they rarely hang out in each other’s cabins, and it’s only kind of because they both have like a billion siblings

if they must go inside they usually hang out in the big house or in the nike cabin (thnx jules and connie)

rosie should be stronger than buzz, but buzz is just physically bigger and naturally strong. rosie takes advantage of this because she loves piggyback rides and riding on buzz’s shoulders

they get back together in their twenties (it’s planned but more info later)

buzz used to play his own hand during poker night but he was terrible at it so now rosie and buzz are a “team” and no one complains because it basically just means buzz sits next to her and holds her hand and has no idea what’s happening

pretty much the perfect model of best friends in love they constantly just goof off and entertain each other and have fun its only angsty for like two seconds then theyre back to being dummies
