From #ottolenghi in the #guardian: Burnt #aubergine with #roseharissa on #feta. Extrem delicious, juicy, spicy with a sweet and fresh touch from lemon and #maplesyrup. Forgot the #pinenuts in the photo. Definetly something I would make again. I wondered why Ottolenghi recommended it for #valentine - filling your flat with smoke in February? I did remember to take a pic of this though, home made rose harissa based on a recipe from Yotam Ottolenghi. This is so good on so many things like eggs in all forms, pasta, lamb burgers, or grilled anything.
