Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken Wings These crispy chicken wings are infused with a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, perfect for your next gathering or game day snack. Ingredients ?4 pounds chicken wings, drums and flats ?1 tablespoon baking powder ?2 teaspoons smoked paprika ?1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt ?1 teaspoon onion powder ?1 teaspoon garlic powder ?1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste ?1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, (optional) Hot Honey Sauce ?1/4 cup unsalted butter ?3/4 cup honey ?1/2 cup hot sauce Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with baking powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper to taste. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange the seasoned wings on the pan. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and continue baking for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until crispy. While the wings are baking, prepare the hot honey sauce by melting the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the honey and hot sauce, whisking until fully combined. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Once the wings are cooked, take them out of the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle half of the prepared hot honey sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat evenly. Finally, return the wings to the baking pan and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
