Kyu Jong yawned as he walked into the house. He took off his coat, hung it up and walked towards his room before he noticed a black cat tail draped over the couch. He walked over and looked over the couch and saw his elder brother sleeping soundly. His mother was half cat, and passed away after she had Kyu Jong. He was sad about it but he thought that he rather move on than mope about it all his life.
“Hyun Joong hyung what are you doing here? How am I going to get you back to a bed?” He asked as he began to think of ways to wake up his brother.
“That hurt…” Hyun Joong mumbled.
“Well that was the only way to wake you up so you’d get into a bed, or else you’re going to be having cat naps all day.”
“But I like naps…” he said as he curled up into a ball on floor.
Kyu Jong sighed and walked around to the other side of the couch and tried to uncurl him.
“Get up hyung…”
“I want to sleep.”
“Then sleep in a bed, the last thing we all want is you complaining about your aching body when you get up.”
Hyun Joong groaned as he slowly sat up and yawned. He looked at Kyu Jong and asked,
“Where were you all night? I thought you were just going out for a walk…”
“I was…. then, it became a hunting trip.”
“I thought they’re all gone.”
Kyu Jong shook his head. “They’re never gone. They only go into temporary hiding…and lucky for me Nam Su was weak enough for me to kill him easily.”
“Last time Hyung Jun checked, he said he had children too right?”
He nodded. “There is much work to be done. The only information we have of them is that his daughter is a half vampire. The other is a pureblood. That isn’t enough. The Heo Clan vampires will have to pay for what they did….”
He recalled a moment in time when he was walking to his girlfriend’s house. He had a bouquet of flowers in one hand and a nicely wrapped box in the other. It was their 10th year anniversary and was planning to propose to her. As he neared her house he saw shadows through the window.
“Oh her family must be there too…” He said to himself before he straightened himself up and took a deep breath and continued along.
As he stood in front of the door, he took another deep breath before he knocked on the door. There was no answer. He knocked again. No answer. He was beginning to get a little worried but he decided to knock one more time.
“Soo Min-ah! It’s me Kyu Jong.” He called out, and again no answer. “What’s happening in there?” He turned the knob on the door. “It’s open?”
Opening the door he stepped inside and looked around. Oddly nothing was out of the ordinary, nothing has been misplaced. Setting down the flowers and the box on a table, he walked further through the hallway and glanced into the parlor. Nothing odd in there either. He decided to go upstairs. Maybe she’s getting ready…and didn’t have time to answer… He thought as he reached the top.
He looked down the hallway and noticed Soo Min’s door was open. She never leaves her door open… he thought as he slowly stepped closer to the doorway and pushed it open slightly. His eyes widened as he saw a dark figure, holding Soo Min’s lifeless body. Her neck has some blood trailing down and soon enough the vampire dropped the body on the floor. His heart dropped. The vampire smirked while wiping the blood off his lips and then climbed out of the window. He walked over to Soo Min and knelt down beside her as he took her hand.
Tears began to stream down his face, as he felt how cold she is. He caressed her cheek. “Soo Min…”
His heart ached; he was speechless. All he could do was stare down at her. Her neck gave her a kiss on her cold lips. “Saranghae…”
He wrapped his arms around her as he continued to weep until dawn.
As Soo Min’s face came to mind, Kyu Jong bit his lip to hold in his tears. He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked over to see Hyun Joong giving him a soft smile.
“Let’s go rest now ne?” Hyun Joong said.
Kyu Jong nodded and they both went upstairs.
Kyu Jong closed the door behind him before he lay in his bed. He let out a soft sigh. The only thing in his mind was his late fiancé. As each day passes he misses her more and more. She was so dear to him, that he swore never to love again. Since then he had held a deep hatred for all vampires. He and his brothers swore to hunt them down until their existence is no more. His main target is the Heo Clan.
He wanted to research more about the heirs to Nam Su. The only thing he knows from researching is that their castle is located somewhere, deep in the forest. He stared up at the ceiling.
"When I find those two….I will make them suffer for what they have done….then…the Heo Clan has to be extinguished. Forever.”
Young Saeng barely made it back to his apartment as the sun rose up high into the sky. He hurried inside and closed the door behind him and took his shoes off.
The last word from his father, echoed in his head.
"Mianhae."
He sighed before he went to the kitchen to make some tea to relax. He set a kettle onto the stove top and lit it.
“Appa what were you thinking picking a fight with that hunter. Especially in that state you were in.” He said to himself as he watched the kettle beginning to boil. Lifting it off the stove he poured himself a glass of tea.
He sat down and took a sip of the tea before he set it down onto the saucer and stared into the tea. Watching his father burning to ashes right before his eyes has left him in slightly agitated. He only just recently awoke from his five years of rest.
“Wae…”
His eyes began to water as rage took over.
“Heo Nam Su why are you such a fool!?” He cried out as, the sound of porcelain hitting the ground echoed in the apartment. “You left me alone; you left SeNi alone! You just left!” He slammed his fist on the table as tears began to flow.
He breathed heavily as he began to calm down. Wiping away his tears, he stood up and headed to his room before climbing into bed and drift off to sleep.
Afternoon came around. The sound of purring could be heard as Hyun Joong continued to sleep happily.
“Kyu Jong hyung, I give up!”
Kyu Jong walked into the room and stared at Hyun Joong. “It doesn’t look like he’s gonna wake up.”
“Should I kick him?”
“Ani Jung Min that won’t be necessary.”
“You always say that.”
“Because it’s a stupid idea.”
Jung Min gave him a look. “Hyung Jun as my husband, you are supposed to agree with me in some way.”
“I’m allowed to give my own thoughts.”
Jung Min stuck out his tongue while Hyung Jun turned his attention back to his sleeping elder. “What are we going to do? I have important information that I need to share with you both. I spent all morning researching.”
Kyu Jong hummed and pulled the covers off of Hyun Joong as he pushed him off the bed as he landed with a thud. Hyun Joong groaned.
“Again?” He said as he sat up slowly and yawned.
“Yes again because we have work to do and you’re just sleeping.”
“There’s nothing wrong with that.”
“You’re supposed to be more responsible, as you are the oldest.” Hyung Jun cut in.
Hyun Joong shrugged as he climbed back into bed and lay down again. Kyu Jong rolled his eyes before pulling his tail causing the elder to screech while earning himself a glare. Kyu Jong simply shrugged.
“Get dressed then come join us in the parlor.” He said before he left the room with the couple following behind.
Hyun Joong arrived in the parlor feeling slightly groggy as he yawned. He sat down on the loveseat beside Kyu Jong While Hyung Jun held some papers in his hand while sitting across from them.
“So what I have found out is…almost nothing. Their names are not even in the archives.”
“Almost nothing?” Kyu Jong asked before he sighed. “Guess Nam Su wanted to keep them a secret.”
“Well, all I found out was that the half vampire is younger and the pureblood is older. Any additional powers are unknown and as for pictures…there does not seem to be any pictures of them in the archives.” He told them as he shrugs. “This is all I was able to attain.”
Kyu Jong hummed in thought. “That’s progress….I guess….”
“I’m sure we can work with that somehow.” Hyun Joong said as he scratched behind his ear. “I think you should rest for tonight Kyu. I’ll go eat something and take a cat nap before I go out for the night.”
The boys dispersed and went to do their own activites.
Dusk soon arrived as the sun slowly went down. Young Saeng groaned as he felt himself waking up. His arm was rested over his eyes as he laid in bed. After what happened last night, he didn’t feel like getting up, but he knows he had to, or else he’ll starve for the night. He sighed reluctantly before lazily rolling out of bed and gets ready to go out.
It was close to wintertime so it was a bit chilly. Young Saeng doesn’t enjoy hunting out in the color, but what can you do when you need to live. There are less people out on chillier nights though so it made it harder for him and might have to resort to going to a pub if he can’t find a meal. He stopped as he saw a figure in the corner of his eye watched as it slowly walked into an alley way. Cautiously, he followed behind him, keeping a distance. He bit his bottom lip as the scent of the human’s blood entered his senses and his eyes glowed faintly red with lust. He snuck closer and closer behind the human and grabbed him and clasped his hand over his mouth. He rarely hypnotized his victims, it was more thrilling when he can feel them struggling. He smiled in satisfaction before tipping the man’s head back and sunk his fangs into his throat. He drank the blood hungrily as he let out a soft satisfying hum. The body in his arms became weaker and weaker as he stopped fighting before it soon became limp and devoid of life.
The vampire licked up any remaining blood before he threw the body aside and licked his lips.
“Delicious.” He said softly to himself before walking out of the alleyway.
Walking down further down the streets he bumped into something along the path but then he noticed it was a person. His immediate reaction was to bow and apologize before he looked up and their eyes met. The man was odd; he wasn’t a man at all, at least he didn’t think so. He had cat ears and a tail swaying gently. My my aren’t you an interesting specimen. Young Saeng thought with great interest while hiding his smile.
“Gwenchanayo.” The feline replied with a smile, snapping the vampire out of his thoughts and he shook his head.
“Ani, I should’ve paid attention to where I was walking.” Young Saeng said.
“It is not your fault. The wind did blow out the candles in the streetlights so it is pretty dark out right now.”
Young Saeng couldn’t help but to give him a small smile and glanced around him and then slowly veered his attention back at the cat-like creature.
“May I ask, who might you be, kind sir?” He asked with an interested smile.
“Hyun Joong is sufficient.” He answered with a bow. “And you kind sir?”
“You may address me as Young Saeng.” He answered accompanied with a polite bow of hows own and then tilted his head from side to side while examining the other. “You’re quite an odd creature.”
“Hyun Joong. I am a cat hybrid. My mother was one.”
“Oh really, I don’t see many of your kind around.”
“I’m quite rare. There’s only a few of my kind around the world.”
Interesting. Young Saeng thought.
He gave the other a look of slight suspicion and curiosity. It is odd to see someone to be walking on such a cold night. “What might you be doing on this chilly night?”
“I enjoy taking nightly walks. Is that a suitable answer?” The vampire raised an eyebrow in curiosity.
Letting out a hum the feline replied, “Quite.” He flashed him a smile.
“Where’s your reason?”
“I am also…out on a walk.” The feline can’t help but to perk his ears a little and examine the other before glancing off and retreated to his thoughts. He’s quite an interesting character and attractive too. Though he is quite pale and I noticed his eyes are slightly tinted red. He’s most likely a vampire but I don’t want to make a move yet and I can barely find any resemblance to Heo Nam Su. Though, who knows, he could possibly lead to one of Nam Su’s children. I wonder if he knew who I was already… Maybe I could… Hyun Joong then looked over at the vampire. “Are you interested in getting a drink with me?”
Young Saeng raised an eyebrow. A drink? Out of the blue? My, he’s being quite forward and a tad suspicious. Getting to know him over a drink or two wouldn’t hurt. He thought then replied with shrug. He didn’t want to come off as too interested. “Why not, I have time to kill.”
“Good. I know of a bar we can head to.”
“Then lead the way.”
Hyun Joong nodded before he started to lead Young Saeng towards the pub he had suggested. The men took a secretive glance at each other as they walked. Each with the same thought.
A couple of strangers meeting in the middle of the street and then going out to a pub after a couple minutes of conversing. I cannot believe that my heart is already pounding so fast. This feeling...is so new to me. It feels unusual...could it be….no….it couldn’t. We have only just met, I shouldn’t jump to that conclusion just yet. I barely know who he really is.

I almost had a heartattack when they came out one by one i freaking swear. I cried it out when SS501 introduced themselves.
I noticed that each time I would ask for a member, they came out, it's not like it was obvious either. You really didn't know when the hell they were gonna come out.
