//So I realize that I haven't really been on that much lately or replied to much of anything and for that I apologize for the rest of eternity. It's not that I've necessarily lost my muse, he's still around (along with my Loki muse, whom I haven't seen in a while...) it's just that, well. Er.

I've sort of been a whiney ball of stress and misery for a week now and it's not getting any better. Actually, it's getting worse. I've either been in a fuckton of pain or I've been in the frustrating hazyness that is the world of painkillers. There really is no in between. And that makes writing even harder than usual.

So I'm really really very sorry to the people I owe replies/a starter to! I have no intention of dropping any threads and I do want to reply, I'm just having a hard time. I'll reply when I can and I'm sorry if it takes a while but I WILL do it. Eventually.

AU where Rose is a straight As honors student and the Doctor is her respectable boyfriend who is going to study law in college and is loved by her parents but the Master is the bad boy with the motorcycle who smokes and skips school.. do you see where I'm going with this?

Where did she leave that blasted tool?

The Shade looked around at the trees of golds and reds; some of the leaved had snapped off and were crisping as they had lay on the ground, covering the grass and the cement. She never really had taken the time and slowed down to just observe the environments that Earth bestowed. It was all so simple, just science taking it's course-- but it certainly was a spectacle in the big picture.

She brought her eyes forward to the sidewalk she strode upon; back to business. Her ears perked forward as she made her way into a rather large pile of leaves. I believe this is where I had lost it... Of course the humans conveniently raked their leaves over the spot.... She sighed and rustled through to find what she was looking for, her tail poking out from the pile, swaying as she dug.

John had been parked on a ridge overlooking Paris for almost three hours trying and failing to look for Jupiter when he heard it. That grinding and sucking sound that reminded him of a dying sports car. He turned towards the sound, not sure what to expect. The Doctor wasn't supposed to be able to get to this universe so something was wrong.

When he saw a head of blonde hair step out of the TARDIS, his heart almost stopped. It couldn't be her.. he visited her grave a week ago. She wasn't real. A ghost, he thought. She was a ghost come to torture him for failing her.
