#5: Jealousy + The Monday Couple
“Wait a minute. Are you…jealous?”
JiHyo blinked. She could feel the intensity of his gaze on her face. Jealous? No, she couldn’t be jealous. What was there to be jealous of? This was Gary, sweet, silly Gary. What does she care who he did or did not flirt with?
Still, there was this gnawing feeling in her stomach that she couldn’t quite explain. She had been acting strange. She knew his break-up had been amiable, friendly even, but she hadn’t expected the flirting. The smiling, the giggling, the inside jokes. The way he looked at Jessica—there it was again, that pang.
JiHyo was suddenly and painfully aware of their close proximity, the warmth of his hand on her wrist, and the tight confines of the small room he had pulled her into. Then she remembered the cameras.
It was all an act. Of course it was. Even if sometimes she thought she could detect a hint of hopeful excitement bubbling just beneath it all, it was all an act. He was playing a part, for the show. She had a part to play too.
“Jealous? No, of course not.” she managed to crack a grin. For a moment, even she believed it. “Are you feeling okay, Oppa?”
His eyes searched her face, trying to meet hers, but they wouldn’t find the answer there. The right one, anyway. His expression morphed to confusion. For a split second, she could have sworn she saw a sliver of hurt in his eyes. “I—I don’t know. It’s nothing.” His face relaxed and he released her wrist. “I must have imagined it.”
JiHyo spent a moment in contemplation, then ventured quietly before she realized it. “Gary?”
“JiHyo?” There it was. That hope. Was it though? JiHyo couldn’t tell.
She paused, gauging the situation. Her mouth had betrayed her. What did she want to do next? He was so close to her, could she dare...?
Then she remembered the competition. The mission. The clock running against them. The way he looked at her. Her courage fizzled out. “Let’s go find those golden keys.”
Fuck: Kevin i have a feeling that he would actually be really sweet and “fuck” probably isn’t the right word LOL

Get Drunk With: AJ i get the impression that he’s mature and composed a lot but i want to get him really shitfaced and do crazy shit together muahahaha
