i got my brother to "obtain" the papa louie pals app for me and i finally got to make a full design for rossquillo :] i didnt expect his fashion to become more 70's-looking but i honestly love that way more than my original idea for him

rossquillo (he/him) is my papaverse s/i :] hes named after rosquillo biscuits and he runs a baking supplies shop in portallini. hes an artist and hes dating deano and akari <3

when rossquillo first moved to portallini and was still setting up his business, deano would help him with navigating around and hed tell rosquillo a lot about the town's history

and when his shop finally opened, deano spread word of it and he really helped with the shop's sales

rossquillo was super thankful for all of deano's help so he decided to cook some gnocchi for him (deano's favorite food)

after countless late-night conversations in the gondola and in rossquillo's shop, the two eventually realized they had feelings for each other and they started dating!! (side note: rossquillo was already dating akari at the time but akari was very much okay with it and later on, she started dating deano too)
