Where are all my fennel-loving IG friends? Today, we are combining red potatoes with fennel, lemon and shallots and garnishing it with a bread crumb topping. The roasted potatoes and fennel recipe is great on its own, but the garlic, parsley and bread crumbs just brings this dish to the next level.
