It must be her overworked brain interpreting things in a wrong way. The dorm’s top floor is always unoccupied and quiet past midnight, which is also the reason why she likes to practice singing in order to not bother any of her band mates. There shouldn’t be anyone around. Not a soul. She could hear the sound of footsteps coming faintly from the corridor, but no one came into her sight. Not even the shadow. Now, Rosé could feel the chill on her spines as she decided to ignore the matter altogether and dialed the first number that came to mind, murmuring her thoughts out loud as though to fill the silence in the vast room. “I’m really not lying… I heard something…“ She whispered quite loudly into the phone, her other hand absently grabbing onto her shirt as she could hear him laughing across the line. "I’m only scared a little bit—” 

[ ☾ ]  Long fingers were strumming the tight chords of the guitar which was settled upon his lap as Yoseob was practising, again and again, his so-called GIFT. His birthday was not too long ago and his beloved band member and producer, Yong Junhyung, gifted him a song that was meant to be a part of their upcoming album. Although he found the sentiment behind the gift so very touching, it was no easy thing to fit his recording schedule along with his new musical’s lengthy practices, yet the vocalist endured. What he DID NOT expect was his phone to ring and even more so by this particular caller. With no hesitation, the brunette picked up the phone and patiently listened to his dongsaeng’s fears and thoughts. His chuckling was only a natural result, considering Yoseob really did not believe that YG would leave his artists unprotected, especially in their dorm building.  “First of all take a deep breath and calm down,  do you want me to come pick you up from your practise room? “

     ‘ bruno mar’s 24k magic album is seriously my favourite, from 2016 that is– – old school sound really gets me the most. ’ he chuckled shyly. it wasn’t enough that he’d been shuffling around the halls with the song that’s what i like blasting from his phone BUT he had to be doing it when running into a fellow idol, rose to be specific. he was a big fan of black pink ( to put it lightly and sanely ) but this wasn’t really how he wanted to speak to the younger, after having embarrassed himself.

Q. Iced Cafe Mocha : Favorite thing to do on rainy days?A. This would sound rather cliched but I’m yet another regular guy with somber interests, after all. But a good book (preferably Murakami) and a cup of coffee to accompany the gloomy weather is my ideal way to spend a rainy afternoon. But as expected in a dorm full of guys (especially twelve very noisy ones such as my groupmates), there is little to no room to have a quiet ‘me-time’ -- so in that case I’d just settle for playing video games with my favorite rival, Jihoon. It gives me quite a bit of satisfaction in whooping his ass at a game of LoL (though he would definitely deny losing to me, but we all know better who’s the pro-gamer).

This lovely quote by Murakami in Norwegian Wood caught my attention - “If you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking.” And as someone who is often termed a bookworm, I relate to this in an aesthetic level. I make it a point to read at least one new book every other month, you could say it’s my way of destressing. But books are a form of creative release, they let your imagination grow and transport you to another world. You see yourself through the eyes of the author and learn of things that are beyond your field of vision. And specific to this quote, I relate to it as being your own individual instead of following the crowd.

Q. daisies: what is the greatest accomplishment of your life?A. Rather a cliched answer but I consider having debuted as a member of Seventeen to be my greatest accomplishment and it truly makes me proud to this day.
