Stevyn, everyone! I love him so much 😔💖
In this world, Stevyn is born from the fusion between Star and Rosyn, he’s basically what they were always meant to be.
As you can see, he looks a lot like Rose… and yes, that’s going to cause a lot of drama.
But on the bright side: Star finally got the hair of his dreams and is having the time of his life, believe me ✨
Stevyn was the hardest character to write. I just couldn’t figure out how his mind would work as a fusion, I wrote and rewrote huge chunks of text until I finally landed on something that made sense (but that’s a topic for another post 👀).
He’s not exactly how Steven “should’ve” been, because of Rosyn. Star carries much of Steven’s essence (since most of what was inherent to the body stayed with him), but Rosyn is something new, he grew, changed… became his own person. Now, he exists as an individual within the fusion, not just a fragment of Stevyn.
Stevyn has everything to be like he was as a child, but he also carries extra things that change both his appearance and personality. Unfortunately, he’ll never be as integrated as before, that’s a permanent consequence of the split.
Oh, and in case anyone didn’t notice, the name change from Steven to Stevyn is because of Rosyn!
STar + RosYN = STEVYN 💫
I really wanted to keep Steven’s name, and “Rosen” was already taken, haha.
