What the heck is "Rail'f gehr sbez jnf erirnyrq" and "naq PURRERQ jura ur qvrq"? and rot13?

Rot 13 is an online letter scrambler. I didn’t want to write spoilers for either fma series because my best friend would probably read it and she hadn’t finished the 2003 series. Putting stuff in rot 13 was mostly for her benefit and for anyone else who might have not finished fma or fmab. 

"Rail'f gehr sbez jnf erirnyrq" is "Envy's true form was revealed"

and, “naq PURRERQ jura ur qvrq" is "and CHEERED when he died!" 

respectively.
