GIFT GIVING COMES TO A CLOSE

So the deadline for gifts to be posted has now passed and quite a few people still have not received gifts.

We are going to leave today for any last gifts to hopefully filter in. If you have not received your gift by tomorrow, the 30th, then please message us.

Some people have let us know of problems and we will let you know if your gift is coming late, but if that is not the case, we need to know that you haven't received a gift so we can start figuring out replacement santas.

REMINDER for Secret Santa Participants

Today is the 8th of December which means that you should have responded to any emails regarding URL changes or other problems that there may be (this is only if you have received one). Please make sure that you do this or else we will have to take you off the list and reassign people!

Alright Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fandom, it's that time of year! Grab your pens and pencils, prepare your word documents, and open your photoshop! It's time for the 2014 RotBTD Secret Santa!

This is the second year we're doing this and, now that we have a bit of experience under our belts, we're going to be doing things a bit differently...

How It'll All Work:

Like last year, you will fill out a form if you want to participate. (You may notice that this form has fewer questions that last year. We've tried to simplify it so that there aren't as many questions)

We will randomly assign people (but try to prevent people with conflicting notps and otps from matching up).

These assignments will be sent out via email. This will hopefully allow us to avoid ask limit and send out assignments in a more productive way. (Our email is [email protected])

After being assigned, you will send your person nice anon messages throughout the month of December.

Starting on the 24th you can post your gift that you made. This gift can be anything but please try your best and put effort into it. Make sure to tag it "rotbtdss". This way we will see the present and reblog it.

Timeline of Events:

  Nov. 1st - Nov. 23rd: Sign up period

Dec. 1st - Dec. 7th: Assignments go out (this will hopefully be done in less than 7 days. let us know if there are any problems, like not receiving an assignment, on the 6th and 7th)

Dec. 24th - Dec. 28th: Present time! (hopefully presents can be posted on christmas or christmas eve, but we understand that some people travel and/or have family commitments)

Hey there, what are guys going to do with the people who still didn't receive their Secret Santa gifts? Because there are people who received messages saying that their Secret Santas were finishing their gifts but didn't received it

So we have been telling people to message us and let us know if they didn’t receive anything. Once we know that someone doesn’t have a gift, we add them to the list and one of us will make a replacement gift for them. Sorry if it is taking long but most of us have school and stuff that we have to kind of work around.
