Here is my Springfest art for my collaboration with my friend @tragediegh 💜💜💜 for the wonderful fic:

It was a joy to work with you on this and to enable each other! 💕 We struggled a bit but we did wonderfully!

Adding one special thing here regarding Beloved's clothes. In my headcanon for Mercenia I use Romanian motifs and this time I used them on the cape: the rows of pointed triangles are called wolf fangs and they symbolize protection against all evil, something I thought that fit Fitz and Nighteyes in Beloved's life. The second symbol represented by geometrical stars, they symbolize the guiding star and I also gave that to Beloved's mother attire for the recent Beloved animatic!

Sign-up Form

This year, artists will write a description of fanart they wish to illustrate that would serve also as a writing prompt. Describe the scene and/or characters you want to include knowing it will potentially be one moment within a story.

After sign-ups, writers will be given a link to choose from a list of anonymous pitches that artists supplied. There will be more detailed instructions in the form.

Writers and artists will be paired together based on pitch selection. We will do our best to match you up with your first choices! Discuss your project plan together and make sure you align on the vision.

Writers Pick Prompts: 2 - 8 March

Matches sent/Begin working!: 14 March

1st check-in: April 12th

2nd Check-in (to assess if pinch hitters are needed): May 3rd
