What's your biggest regret, and why?

My biggest regret is, and continues to be, getting too attached to the wrong people. I've endured so much that my depression and paranoia gets out of control. I try to cut myself off before something happens now and it sucks. I go from adoring a friend/friend group to absolutely despising them and it just goes back and forth in a vicious cycle. I miss being able to just make friends and have healthy relationships. But life goes on, I guess.
