Okey first, I did a redraw of Leo from season 2 episode 1, inspired by @maddogstmnt ‘s rottmntredraw challenge, didn’t choose one of those screenshots bc they were too hard for me xD 

second, I finally realized why the colors in my drawings look strange, I have managed to mess up the color settings, whoops.

Redraw! 

This scene had me fucked up not only because Splinter was reliving the loss of his mother, but because of the way Raph reacted to his father sobbing. There can be a special kind of empathy between a parent and their oldest, which from my own experience at least, results in bursting into tears whenever a parent cries.
