But there is another figure close to him that maybe could match more

While Belyi tsar wants Celestia gone and is just bored I guess and this weird man is the most entertaining person he’s met in a while

Rauthvangi was ready to get the whole world killed for that sweet patch black Elysium, he is not above getting called “belyi tsar side hoe” behind is back to get it

He’s literally called and know as the belyi tsar favorite

Rauthvangi is literally a Rasputin stand in and the belyi tsar represents the Russian monarchy. The joke is right there
