ROUGE VULTUR

I finally finished a simple lil ref for my girl I designed for @blistorrow ‘s worldbuilding project! I’ve been sketching and trashing so many prototypes but I finally got one that I really liked and mirrored what I wanted her to dress and act like! She’s a bearded vulture but has some draconus genes in there somewhere hence her weird and sharp features. 

She’s a dangerous and hostile bird of prey who likes to show off her strength. The rose pigment on her feathers is self applied and meant to show off power and status. Around 26 of age and 6′5 she has a horrible god complex that often makes her see others as inferior. She’s a nighttime person and enjoys exploring abandoned places, she also enjoys hoarding bones she doesn’t want to eat.

She has the ability of pyrokinesis and often uses it to her advantage. Depending on the heat she builds up on her tail feathers, the more intense the flame is. Another ability is being able to use her sharp feathers as throwing blades. These, as well, can catch on fire to become more dangerous.

and now rouge.exe is pretty much done! i just gotta change the head texture a little so that there's no stripe on the back of her head

she's probably my favorite .exe design, so it sucks that i had to keep a couple of details out like the red things under her eyes and her top being a broken heart, because her uv mapping made it difficult or impossible. i couldn't add the notch in her ear either because her ears are symmetrical. i could make her shoe hearts broken though i suppose.

i could try adding the highlight lines under her eyelashes as well maybe, i was going to at first but then the mapping for the whites of her eyes confused me
