HELLOOOO i just finished rounders, i have seen primal fear, death to smoochy, glass onion, the invite and tonight im going to watch either keeping the faith or the 25th hour .. so i’d say i haven’t seen too many yet, but my favorites r death to smoochy and rounders. both his characters in those films are so fun i love sheldon mopes and his joyful spirit i love how worm is able to just allow himself to be beaten the fuck up for cheating at poker and wooow hes super cool. i especially love death to smoochy because i got to talk to a few people who had actually worked on the movie it’s such a funny concept of a film i love it

wait also primal fear is my favorite ok so basically everything that has edward nortons impeccable acting in it is my favorite

Watched fight club because my roundersposting has attracted several fight club mutuals. See here the thing ☝️ about rounders fight club AU. Despite Mike being blonde and worm being Edward Norton Worm is the Tyler in the relationship due to him representing both the rejection of societal norms and the "bad" side of the poker world. And mike is Jack due to his burnout in everyday living trying to be "perfect" HOWEVER. Worm is not everything mike wishes he could be! In fact MIKE is everything WORM wishes he could be! If there's one takeaway to be had from their argument after the municipal game it's that worm DESPRATELY yearns to be the kind of perfect that mike is but doesn't believe himself to be capable of it. Rounders Club is about this guy who gets into fights all the time and drinks all night hallucinating a burnt out lawyer who forces him to settle down but then neither of them get to be covered in blood so what's even the point. Petra is Marla nothing needs to be changed . Also unfortunately worm is exactly the type of toxic masculinity to miss the point of fight club entirely
