A little info on how I do roundovers. I typically add all of my roundovers before sanding. I then sand at 80, 150, and 220 grit. After the 220 grit sanding I slow down the sander to about half speed and use fluid motions to reestablish the roundover. I find that this gives a more natural and warmer look. Perkin right along!! We've got the frame, the mullposts, and the weatherstripping cut to fit yesterday. Today we're shaping the mullposts with a slight chamfer, along with the exterior of the door stops which will give it a really nice profile. Also the trim pieces are being shaped with a chamfer as well. The chamfer we like because it works with practically everything. The door will have cove and head trim so those two just look awesome together.
