I had such a blast with Wellington running Round the Bays this morning. Feeling very lucky to get to share the morning with these absolute legends who crushed races left right and centre, the @wellingtonscottish family, the @trademe_nz crew, and how many thousand Wellingtonians 🙌🏃‍♀️😅 We think we run for the running. We keep coming back for the people, and for what it teaches us. Teeny aside: don't run a half marathon the week after you run a 105k at Tarawera please. I am very very grateful to my legs which kept going, and were hiding a 1:41 half marathon in there. The hilly walk home required ice cream and cold drink for sustenance!
